Newly decorated, clean place with superfriendly and very pleasant staff on shift. Spacious room, good size bathroom. Particularly good and perfect location not very far from Pasar Payang Alley. 15 minutes drive to airport. Fast check-in, parking outside. Salad bar and nice pool. My favorite property in Kuala Terengganu.

Favourable location literally on a slope before it comes to a plateau, honest staff, everything was well-maintained. Location: the hotel was near to good view to draw bridge, and cafe & beach. Easily reached Md Curry House, located at a medium distance from the venue, had lunch/dinner there.

The room itself was huge and tidy and had LOVELY views of the beach. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom was good size too. The location was good and perfect and close to places we visited.

The location was good, near Night Market. The room was good-sized and airy, included with single bed and bath, as example.

Value for money was very good. The rooms are a bit old and shabby. But not expensive either. WIFI was fine. Location was good for sightseeing

Breakfast was a bit very Asian. A bit difficult for Europeans.

Our triple room was absolutely perfect for us. We really appreciated the extra pillows they provided. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, just a short 10-minute walk to downtown. We also loved that they had their own on-site restaurant called Jala Mas.

The staff is very friendly. This hotel is adequate only for a one night stop in transit to/from eas cost islands...

The food is not so good..It's not in a strategic place...

The reception personnel was very pleasant. We suggested for the Hotel to operate the convenience store from 7:00am to 12midnite for the convenience of the Hotel guest.
